В статье рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с определением правомерности установления и взимания платы за посещение национальных парков на примере ФГБУ «Национальный парк «Югыд ва» (Республика Коми). Автор анализирует Устав ФГБУ «Национальный парк «Югыд ва», приказ директора ФГБУ «Национальный парк «Югыд ва» от 24 января 2012 г. № 4-П, в соответствии с которым был утвержден перечень платных услуг, предоставляемых парком в 2012 г., а также решение Вуктыльского городского суда Республики Коми от 30 мая 2012 г. и определение Верховного суда Республики Коми от 6 августа 2012 г., в соответствии с которыми из перечня платных услуг, утвержденного приказом директора ФГБУ «Национальный парк «Югыд ва» исключено взимание платы за вход на обустроенные рекреационные объекты.

On the issue of legitimacy of collection of payment for admittance to a national park (as exemplified by the Federal State Budgetary Establishment «National Park «Yugy’dva»)
In article the questions connected with determination of legitimacy of establishment and collection of a payment for visit of national parks on the example of Federal State Budgetary Institution National Park Yugyd Va National Park (Komi Republic) are considered. The author analyzes Federal State Budgetary Institution National Park Yugyd Va National Park Charter, the order of the director of Federal State Budgetary Institution National Park Yugyd Va National Park of January 24, 2012 No. 4-P according to which the list of the paid services provided by park in 2012, and also the decision of Vuktylsky city court of the Komi Republic of May 30, 2012 and definition of the Supreme Court of the Komi Republic of August 6, 2012 according to which entrance fee collection is excluded from the list of the paid services approved by the order of the director of Federal State Budgetary Institution National Park Yugyd Va National Park on the equipped recreational objects was approved.
