В статье рассмотрены проблемные вопросы как определения единственным родителем несовершеннолетнего ребенка опекуна (попечителя) на случай своей смерти, так и его назначения органом опеки и попечительства. Проанализированы положения Закона "Об опеке и попечительстве", даны рекомендации по его применению, сделаны некоторые практические выводы.

Legal issues of determination and appointment of guardians and trustees in case of death of the only parent of a citizen of minority AGE
The article deals with controversial issues related both to determination by an only parent of a child of minority age of a trustee (guardian) in case of his own death and appointment of such trustee (guardian) by the agency of trusteeship and guardianship. The author analyses the provisions of law "On Trusteeship and Guardianship", gives recommendations with regard to its application, makes certain practice conclusions.
