  В статье рассматриваются вопросы влияния судебной практики Европейского суда по правам человека на развитие национальной правовой системы Российской Федерации. Особое внимание обращается на некоторые аспекты судебной практики ЕСПЧ по делам о защите прав лиц, являющихся участниками уголовного судопроизводства, а также осужденных, отбывающих уголовное наказание.

  Court Practice of the European Court of Human Rights in Cases on Protection of Conventional Rights in Criminal Justice

  The article examines the impact of jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights on the development of the national legal system of the Russian Federation. Particular attention is drawn to certain aspects of the jurisprudence of the ECHR for protecting the rights of persons who are involved in criminal proceedings, as well as convicts serving a criminal sentence.

  Авторы проанализировали состояние реализации Европейских пенитенциарных правил в отношении несовершеннолетних осужденных, отбывающих наказание в воспитательных колониях. В статье показано как в воспитательных колониях применяется то или иное международное правило. Авторы определяют причины, ограничивающие применение отдельных Европейских пенитенциарных правил в воспитательных колониях.

  Application of the European Prison Rules in Juvenile Correctional Facilities

  The authors analyzed the state of the implementation of the European Prison Rules of juvenile convicts serving sentences in young offenders. The article shows how to use educational colonies or that of international law. The authors define the reasons for restricting the use of individual European Prison Rules in educational colonies.

  В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы, связанные с регулированием порядка и условий отбывания наказаний к пожизненному лишению свободы в соответствии с Европейскими пенитенциарными стандартами. Автор проводит сравнительно-правовой анализ некоторых положений рекомендаций Совета Европы и российского законодательства, касающихся исполнения приговоров к пожизненному лишению свободы.

  Development of the Institution of Life Imprisonment in the Context of Russia’s Accession to the Council of Europe

  The article deals with topical issues related to the regulation of the procedure and conditions of serving the sentence to life imprisonment in accordance with international legal acts.
