On the pages of the publication, scientific articles are published on the main headings of the journal, compiled on the basis of a deeper philosophical and legal interpretation of the concept of "urban planning law", which is considered by the editors of the journal not only as a legal institution for regulating construction, land, property and technical and legal public relations in the field of urban construction, but also as a category that includes the constitutional rights of citizens to housing, recreation, a favorable and safe environment, the free use of their abilities and property for entrepreneurial activity, etc. Scientific research is covered: on the legal support of the introduction of new urban planning technologies and architectural and planning solutions ; problems of modern urban law; integrated development of new territories of the country through the construction of new or the revival of abandoned cities; on the impact on urban planning of city theories developed by other humanities (philosophical, economic, social, historical, urban, political science, etc.); legal problems of urbanization and life of megalopolises, on the study of foreign experience in the development of urban planning sciences, architecture and urban studies; problems and gaps in legislation and law enforcement. |
