Фундаментальное значение патриотического воспитания сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы обусловлено необходимостью эффективного воздействия пенитенциарной системы на правонарушителей, которыми в основном являются соотечественники сотрудников УИС. Таким образом, предмет научно-практической публикации является актуальным. По мнению авторов, патриотическое воспитание, стабильность коллективов, укрепление дисциплины и законности являются основой воспитательной работы с личным составом УИС.

On improvement of patriotic education of the CES employees
Fundamental importance of the patriotic education of employees of the CES is conditioned by the necessity of efficient impact of the penitentiary system on law violators — mainly compatriots of the CES employees. Therefore the subject-matter of the science-practice publication is topical. The authors believe that patriotic education, stability of collectives, strengthening of discipline and legitimacy are the ground for educational work with the personnel of the CES.
