  Статья посвящена рассмотрению вопросов формирования правосознания военнослужащих внутренних войск под влиянием фактора обучения. Обосновывается связь правосознания военнослужащих внутренних войск и их служебной деятельности. Анализируются мнения ученых относительно того, что включает в себя процесс формирования правосознания и как он соотносится с правовым воспитанием.

  Education as an element of the process of formation of legal conscience of military man of internal troops

  The article concerns consideration of the issues of formation of legal conscience of military men of internal troops under the influence of the factor of education; substantiates connection of legal conscience of military men of internal troops and official activities thereof; analyses opinions of scholars with regard to what the process of legal conscience includes and how it correlates with legal education.

  В статье автор, ссылаясь на примеры из судебной практики, приводит правила отграничения составов уничтожения, повреждения и утраты военного имущества (статьи 346–348 УК РФ) от смежных составов преступлений, предусмотренных, в частности, статьями 340–344, 349–352, 224 УК РФ.

  Some issues of qualification of crimes against the procedure of maintenance of military property

  The author of the article on the basis of examples from judicial practice presents the rules of delimitation of elements of destruction, damage and loss of military property (Articles 346–348 of the Criminal Code of the RF) from the neighboring elements of crimes provided for in particular by Articles 340–344, 349–352, 224 of the Criminal Code of the RF.

  Влияние коррупционного опыта на карьерный рост военнослужащих С. 13-15

  Статья посвящена исследованию влияния коррупционного опыта на карьерный рост военнослужащих, а также анализу практики назначения судами наказаний за совершение коррупционных преступлений. Автор приходит к выводу, что ожидать в будущем снижения коррупции среди военнослужащих не приходится, т.к. коррупционное поведение и опыт способствуют не только незаконному обогащению военнослужащих, но и их карьерным успехам, а тяжесть наказания, учитывая изменения в законодательстве и практику его применения, снизилась.

  Impact of a corruption experience on the career growth of military men

  This article is made to study impact of a corruption experience on the career growth of military men, as well as analysis of existing practice of military sentencing for corruption crimes made. Author comes to a conclusion, that reduction of corruption in the environment of military men can hardly be expected, because corruption behavior and experience contributes both to unlawful enrichment and career growth of military men. At the same time gravity of punishment, as a part of changes to the existing legislation and legislation practice, has been decreased.

  В статье автор акцентирует внимание на значении прокурорского надзора за соблюдением Конституции Российской Федерации и иных законов по противодействию терроризму, проводит анализ постановлений и определений Конституционного Суда Российской Федерации, приводит некоторые результаты 3 этапа исследования проблем борьбы с терроризмом и его финансированием, подчеркивает, что деятельность прокуратуры служит укреплению национальной безопасности, способствует оптимизации федерального устройства России.

  The author draws attention to the significance of the prosecutor's supervision over observance of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and other laws on combating terrorism, analyses decrees and rulings of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, cites some results of the 3rd stage of the research of problems of struggle against terrorism, financing thereof, stresses that the activities of the prosecutor's office serve strengthening of national security, promotes optimization of the federal system of Russia.
