В статье раскрывается понятие индексации как установленного государством механизма увеличения денежных доходов и сбережений граждан в связи с ростом потребительских цен. Выделяются цели индексации — поддержание покупательной способности денежных доходов и сбережений граждан. Отмечается, что индексация денежных средств может сочетаться, а в некоторых случаях и заменяться иными методами государственного регулирования доходов населения (пересмотр уровня оплаты труда, размеров пенсий, социальных пособий и так далее). При этом доказывается, что с учетом современных экономических реалий рынка такой процесс как индексация денежных средств может быть рассмотрен в качестве одного из способов защиты гражданских прав.

Indexation of Monetary Funds as a Way to Protect Civil Rights

The article reveals the notion of indexation as established by the state of the mechanism of increase of monetary incomes and savings of citizens in connection with growth of consumer prices. Stand out goal of indexing is the maintenance of purchasing power of monetary incomes and savings of citizens. It is noted that the indexation funds could be combined, and in some cases replaced by other methods of state regulation of incomes of the population (review of pay levels, pensions, social benefits and so on). Thus, it is proved that given the current economic realities of the market, a process such as indexing funds may be considered as one of ways of protection of civil rights.
